01 · The Mac app

Search by meaning,
not by keyword.

Ask

On-device search finds candidates, an AI filter keeps the relevant ones, then a long-context model reads them and answers, with links to the notes it used.

Write

Press Option-Command-N and talk. It becomes a clean note in the right folder. Ask chat to change a note and it proposes the edit as a card first.

Point Claude Code, Codex or any script at notes-to-ai and it can search and read your notes the same way you do. Add --json for structured output.

03 · Safety

Notes hold secrets.
It starts cautious.

Read-onlyWriting is off until you switch it on, and it can never edit or delete existing text.
MaskedAPI keys, passwords, card numbers and IBANs are hidden in everything it prints.
ExcludableHide whole folders. They are removed before any search, never read, never sent to a model.

04 · Get it

Early test build
for macOS 14+
